The Site is located on land west of Caldwell Road, Drakelow, Burton-on-Trent. The Site is located approximately 200 metres to the south of the ‘Dracan Village’ urban development, with Stapenhill approximately 700 metres to the northeast. The surrounding area is comprised of agricultural land with associated rural development and woodland blocks.
